do you always get a ticket if you set off a photo enforced traffic light camera?
I set off a traffic light photo camera after a late yellow…was for the most part through the enter section when the light turned red and the flash went off…am I guaranteed a redlight ticket or does it go under review? Anyone have experience with this?
Usually – the company that runs the system reviews the still photo’s and then send them to the jurisdiction that is responsible for the placement of the cameras. Then the photo’s are reviewed and it is determined if a citation is issued – but you have to enter the intersection when the light is red for any type of camera enforcement i am familiar with.
