Starting a retail business is one of the riskiest things you can do. Most of them fail. The way to do it if you are determined is to go to work for a similar store, learn the business. Don’t go out on our own until you think you are an expert.
Just having a good idea about merchandise and display is a long way from being ready to risk everything on a venture you are not expert in.
